About us
UniWo is run by two friends who know what it's like to arrive in a new city: a foreign language, unfamiliar paperwork, and an apartment hunt that feels like a second degree.
So we do it differently. Our apartment in Gohlis-Süd has four rooms, and we rent each one the way we'd want to rent ourselves: fully furnished, with a clear rental contract in German and an English translation for understanding. The German contract is legally binding.

A room is more than four walls. From the first question to move-in, you deal with real human beings – no third parties in between. We furnish with care, reply fast and are there when something's stuck.
